Established in 0ctober 2011, Umlingo Trade and Invest 98 (Pty)Ltd is a 50/50 partnership between Impala Stationery Manufacturers (Pty)Ltd and a SADTU Investment Holdings (SIHOLD) led Consortium, comprising business partners across all nine provinces.

Impala Stationery Manufacturers (Pty) Ltd are manufacturers of soft and hard covered books under the well known Impala brand, as well as sourcing and distributing an extensive range of stationery accessories from both local and off-shore suppliers, as part of their comprehensive product offering.

For over 50 years Impala products have been successfully supplied to provincial education departments and in recent years the customer base has been expanded to include national retailers, wholesalers, stationers and suppliers to the school stationery market.
